• Explaining frame features and benefits in a way everyone gets. 📣
• Making sure frames are the right size and ready for lenses. 📏
• Giving frames a little tweak for ultimate comfort and stability. 👌
• Tackling basic frame repairs. 🛠️
• Becoming an expert on lenses, tints, and coatings to match customer needs. 🤓
• Ordering glasses and contact lenses for our customers. 📦
• Handling important paperwork and records like a pro. 📝
• Booking follow-up appointments. 🗓️
• Using cool tech like a focimeter to figure out existing prescriptions. 💡
• Explaining all about contact lenses. 💭
• Performing essential eye health checks like retinal imaging and pressure tests. 👁️
• Sharing awesome offers and products with customers. 🎁
• Processing payments. 💳
• Becoming a problem-solving champ for basic optical queries. 💪

Key responsibilities

• Greeting customers professionally and assisting with general enquiries.
• Interpreting clinically issued prescriptions and explaining optical information clearly.
• Assisting customers in selecting and fitting suitable spectacle frames.
• Performing pre-screening tests and basic frame repairs.
• Managing prescription orders and completing necessary administrative paperwork.

Entry requirements

GCSE in: (English (grade Grade 4/C or above), Maths (grade Grade 4/C or above))
