Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians
• Ensure high standards of patient care, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance
• Prepare clinical areas, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control
• Assist with patient welcoming, appointment scheduling, and basic enquiries
• Monitor stock, manage equipment, and ensure surgery readiness
