As an Early Years Practitioner Apprentice, you'll be a vital part of our mission to provide outstanding care and education. You'll work alongside our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to a vibrant learning environment.
What you'll be doing:
- 🌟 Supporting the nursery team in delivering top-notch childcare and education.
- 🎨 Helping to plan and run exciting, creative learning activities through play.
- 📚 Assisting children's development and progress, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- 💖 Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating space for every child.
- 🤝 Encouraging children's social, emotional, and physical growth.
- 👥 Collaborating with colleagues to ensure all children's needs are met.
- 💡 Showing initiative and creativity in supporting activities and daily routines.
- 😊 Building positive relationships with children, parents, and your colleagues.
