- Helping out with assessments and planning by keeping tabs on learner progress and making sure everyone's participation is noted. π
- Contributing to a vibrant and safe learning space by prepping and selecting resources that cater to everyone's interests and needs. π¨
- Helping to organize and run exciting enrichment activities, like trips, out-of-school adventures, and in-school clubs. π

Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the overall ethos and aims of the school and promote diversity, inclusion, equality and acceptance of all learners
- Implement safeguarding polices and safe practice
- Work in partnership and liaise with other professionals and parents/carers to support all learnersβ learning
- Understand the specific needs of learners and use strategies to support all learners to achieve their learning goals
- Deliver individual and small group teaching within clearly defined/planned parameters
