Ready to dive into the dynamic world of marketing? We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice to join our awesome Marketing Team. You'll be working hand-in-hand with our Marketing Team Lead, getting involved in super cool campaigns for our recruitment brands. This is a hands-on gig in a buzzing recruitment biz! 🚀

What you'll be doing:

• Helping us attract amazing doctors and dentists to join our platform. 🧑‍⚕️👩‍⚕️
• Spreading the word about our services to hospitals, GP practices, and dental groups. 🏥
• Keeping our brands shining bright online. 🌟
• Drafting, scheduling, and publishing content across our social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), website, and emails. 📱
• Supporting paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google/PPC) and digging into the results with platform analytics. 📊
• Creating and editing content for blogs, job ads, emails, graphics, and short videos, using design and AI tools with the team. 🎨
• Contributing fresh ideas to our marketing plan based on campaign data. 💡
• Using research data, dashboards, and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to help us target, plan, and report. 📈
• Keeping our marketing asset library (digital and offline) in top shape. 📂
• Helping to organise marketing activities like events, mailers, and candidate/client campaigns. 🎉
• Ensuring our marketing contact lists and campaign data are accurate in our CRM and email platforms. 📧
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, and suggesting ways to make them even better. 🚀
• Collaborating with our internal recruitment teams and external partners like job boards and suppliers. 🤝

What you'll learn:

Key responsibilities
