What you'll be doing:
- Front Desk Rockstar: Greeting patients with a friendly smile 😊, answering calls 📞, and being the first point of contact.
- Patient Champion: Handling patient queries with care and providing excellent support.
- Smooth Operator: Managing payments 💰 and booking appointments/follow-ups efficiently.
- Sterile & Ready: Sterilising and preparing equipment to ensure the highest standards of safety.
- Record Keeper: Accurately recording and managing patient information.
- Comfort Creator: Supporting patients' wellbeing and ensuring a positive dental experience.
- Clean & Tidy: Maintaining a clean and hygienic dental environment, including chairs.
- Stock Savvy: Managing inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Team Player: Assisting dentists and the senior team with any other duties to ensure outstanding patient care. 🤝
