• Front of House Superstar: Handling reception duties, answering calls 📞, and warmly greeting patients.
• Patient Champion: Addressing patient queries with confidence and providing exceptional service.
• Admin Ace: Managing payments 💰, booking appointments, and scheduling follow-ups.
• Hygiene Hero: Sterilising and preparing equipment for our dentists, ensuring a safe environment. 🧼
• Record Keeper: Accurately recording and managing patient information. 📊
• Comfort Creator: Supporting patient wellbeing and enhancing their overall dental experience. ✨
• Cleanliness Champion: Maintaining the cleanliness of dental areas, including chairs.
• Stock Savvy: Managing the inventory of equipment and supplies. 📦
• Team Player: Assisting dentists and the senior team with any other duties to ensure effective patient care. 🤝
