• Record Keeper Extraordinaire 📝: Logging and managing patient information with precision.
• Patient Wellbeing Champion ❤️: Ensuring our patients feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout their visit.
• Sparkle & Shine Crew 🧼: Keeping our dental areas, including the chairs, spotless.
• Stock Management Supremo 📦: Keeping our equipment and supplies stocked up.

Key responsibilities

• Performing reception duties, including answering calls and greeting patients
• Handling patient queries, payments, and appointment bookings
• Sterilising and preparing equipment for dental procedures
• Recording and managing patient records accurately
• Supporting patient wellbeing and maintaining clean dental areas
