• Being the first point of contact: answering calls 📞 and welcoming patients with a smile 😊.
• Handling patient questions with expertise.
• Processing payments smoothly. 💰
• Scheduling appointments and follow-ups. 📅
• Keeping our equipment sterile and ready for action. 🛠️
• Managing patient records with care. 📂
• Ensuring patients feel comfortable and have a great dental experience. ❤️
• Keeping our dental areas, including chairs, spotless. 🧼
• Managing our equipment and supply stock. 📦
• Pitching in with any other tasks to help our dentists and senior team provide amazing patient care. 💪

Key responsibilities

• Performing reception duties, including answering the phone and greeting patients
• Dealing with patient queries, taking payments, and booking appointments
• Sterilising and preparing equipment for dentists
• Recording and managing patient records
• Cleaning dental areas and managing stock of equipment and supplies
