• Front Desk Hero: Answering calls 📞, welcoming patients with a warm smile 😊, and managing patient queries.
• Smooth Operations: Handling payments 💰, booking appointments, and scheduling follow-ups.
• Keeping it Clean & Safe: Sterilising and preparing equipment for our dentists 🦷, and ensuring dental areas (including chairs!) are spotless ✨.
• Patient Care Champion: Supporting patient wellbeing and their overall dental experience.
• Record Keeper: Accurately recording and managing patient records 📝.
• Stock Master: Managing equipment and supply stock levels 📦.
• Team Player: Assisting dentists and the senior team to deliver excellent patient care in any way needed.
