What You'll Be Doing:

  • General Office Rockstar: Handling day-to-day office tasks, managing emails, keeping files tidy, and accurately entering data. 📧📁
  • Record Keeper Extraordinaire: Maintaining precise records for our clients and staff, ensuring everything is up-to-date. ✍️
  • Compliance Champion: Keeping a close eye on staff compliance, including DBS checks, right-to-work verification, references, training, qualifications, and expiry dates. You'll be a key player in ensuring we meet all necessary standards. ✅
  • New Hire Hero: Assisting with the onboarding of new staff, making sure all essential paperwork is completed seamlessly. 🤝
  • Tracker Master: Monitoring compliance trackers and proactively following up on any outstanding actions to ensure we're always on track. ⏱️
  • Audit Assistant: Lending a hand with CQC audits, inspections, and other compliance checks – your attention to detail will be invaluable here. 🧐
  • Document Detective: Auditing care and staff documentation, and flagging any concerns that need escalation. 🕵️‍♀️
  • Management Support: Providing essential administrative support to our management team, including preparing for meetings and generating reports. 📊
  • Confidentiality Guardian: Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and strictly adhering to GDPR and data protection regulations. 🔒
  • Communication Connector: Liaising effectively with carers, clients, families, and external professionals when needed, fostering strong relationships. 🗣️

Key responsibilities

  • General office administration, emails, filing and data entry
  • Maintaining accurate client and staff records
  • Monitoring staff compliance including DBS checks, right to work, references, training, qualifications and expiry dates

  • Assisting with CQC audits, inspections and compliance checks
