  • Helping plan and deliver awesome, age-appropriate activities that boost children's learning and development. 🎨

  • Contributing to a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space where every child feels right at home. 🌈
  • Assisting with personal care routines, like toileting, nappy changes, handwashing, and mealtimes (where needed). 🧼🍎
  • Inspiring children's independence, confidence, and social skills. πŸ’ͺ
  • Observing children's interests, development, and progress, and helping with records and assessments. πŸ“
  • Sparking children's curiosity, creativity, and exploration through play. πŸ’‘
  • Following all our important safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality, and behaviour policies. βœ…

Key responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development
  • Build positive, caring and respectful relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues
  • Help provide a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all children
  • Support children's personal care needs, including toileting, nappy changing, handwashing and mealtimes, where appropriate
  • Attend training and complete all required apprenticeship learning and assessments
