  • Problem Solver: Handle member complaints and account questions professionally. You'll work with the whole team to sort things out and make sure everyone has a positive experience. ✅
  • Magazine Maestro: Help us get our quarterly magazines to everyone. You'll be coordinating with members to update addresses and make sure no one misses out on their copy. 📖
  • Finance Friend: Support membership-related financial tasks like processing purchase orders, creating invoices, and assisting with payment queries. Every bit counts! 💰
  • Team Player: Collaborate with other departments on keeping our database updated, managing mailing lists, testing new processes, and solving membership puzzles. 🧩
  • General Support: Help with everyday office tasks like handling mail, keeping our resources stocked, and taking on other duties that fit this role. 📦
  • Event Ready: Attend conferences and team days when needed. Let's connect and grow together! 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

What You'll Contribute To:
