We're on the hunt for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our crew! ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ If you're ready to dive into the world of precision manufacturing, this role is for you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Becoming a pro at operating CNC machines for turning, milling, drilling, grinding, and finishing tasks. โš™๏ธ
  • Deciphering blueprints and mechanical drawings to nail those specs and achieve perfect results. ๐Ÿ“
  • Getting machines prepped and loaded with materials โ€“ think of it as fueling up the champions! ๐Ÿš€
  • Running test cycles to ensure everything's hitting the mark. โœ…
  • Performing quality control by inspecting and measuring finished products against requirements. ๐Ÿ‘€
  • Keeping our machines in top shape with daily checks and basic maintenance like lubrication and cleaning. ๐Ÿงผ
  • Loading programs onto mills and lathes, mastering zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, and more. ๐Ÿค“
  • Ensuring a smooth handover between shifts by documenting and communicating important info. ๐Ÿค
  • Setting up milling machines with tools, attachments, and stock. ๐ŸŽฏ
  • Using essential measuring tools like gauges, calipers, indicators, and micrometers for tool changes and quality checks. ๐Ÿ“
  • Operating various machines including milling machines, end mills, lathes, drill presses, and grinders to create awesome manufacturing parts, primarily from stainless steel. You'll be cutting, squaring, milling, drilling, tapping, and boring like a wizard! ๐Ÿง™
  • Keeping your workspace clean and tidy (housekeeping duties are a must!). โœจ
  • Helping out with stock management and control, including putting away raw materials and picking for jobs. ๐Ÿ“ฆ

Key responsibilities
