  • HRIS Superstar: Keep our HR Information System (HRIS) and employee records super accurate and organised. ๐Ÿ“‚
  • Legislation Guru: Learn and apply all the important payroll laws, company policies, and procedures. We'll guide you every step of the way! ๐Ÿ“š
  • Apprenticeship Goals: Successfully complete your Payroll Apprenticeship qualification, applying what you learn directly to your work. ๐ŸŽ“
  • Supporting the Team: Assist with processing statutory payments, deductions, pension contributions, and more, under the guidance of our experienced team. ๐Ÿ’ฐ
  • Reporting Rockstar: Help prepare and validate payroll calculations and contribute to generating reports for management. ๐Ÿ“ˆ
  • Policy Pro: Learn about and apply company pay-related policies, including car schemes, pensions, and bonus arrangements. ๐Ÿš—
  • First Point of Contact: Be the go-to person for routine payroll queries, providing excellent customer service. ๐Ÿ“ž
  • System Savvy: Develop a strong understanding of our payroll and HR systems, and even help with testing and improvements. ๐Ÿ’ป
  • Process Improvement Pioneer: Identify ways to make our payroll and HR processes even better! โœจ
  • Temporary Worker Support: Administer pay for temporary staff and contractors, ensuring everything is compliant. ๐Ÿค
