  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and goods received notes (GRNs) πŸ’Έ

  • Assist customers with Revenues and Benefits inquiries, linking them with specialist teams if needed 🀝
  • Promote digital self-service options and help customers get comfortable with online tools 🌐

Key responsibilities

  • Provide general business and administrative support, including document management, phone, and email monitoring.
  • Deliver efficient and effective customer service via various contact channels.
  • Maintain and update internal and external databases and information systems.
  • Process financial documents such as Purchase Orders, Invoices, and GRNs.
  • Promote self-service and digital channels, supporting customers with facilities.
