What you'll be doing:

  • Be the friendly face that welcomes patients and helps them with appointments. ๐Ÿ‘‹
  • Handle patient questions with professionalism and a smile. ๐Ÿ˜Š
  • Get surgeries prepped, instruments sterilised, and keep our clinic spotless and safe (CQC standards are our jam!). ๐Ÿงผ
  • Be a superstar assistant to our dentists during treatments and keep patient records updated accurately. ๐Ÿ“
  • Make sure our patients feel comfortable, reassured, and totally looked after. โค๏ธ
  • Keep an eye on our stock, equipment, and make sure everything's ready to go. ๐Ÿ“ฆ
  • Maintain a super clean, safe, and well-equipped clinical environment. ๐Ÿฅ

Key responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians.
  • Prepare surgeries, sterilising instruments, and maintaining infection control.
  • Welcome patients, assist with appointment scheduling, and handle basic patient enquiries.
  • Accurately update patient records and uphold patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and fully equipped clinical areas, and monitor and manage stock.
