Job Title: Junior Legal Administrator 🚀

What You'll Be Doing:
- 🚀 Opening and closing client files.
- ✅ Conducting essential conflict checks.
- ⚖️ Ensuring compliance with ID and company verification procedures (Companies House, Experian).
- 🎧 Mastering audio typing for accurate document creation.
- 📄 Scanning and organizing important documents.
- ✉️ Managing and responding to emails efficiently.
- 📅 Coordinating appointments and managing diaries.
- 🤝 Greeting clients at reception and assisting them over the phone.
- 🔍 Navigating and utilizing the Land Registry portal for searches.
- 💻 Working with various departmental forms, including Laser form.
- ✍️ Drafting, typing, and amending precedent letters (e.g., Terms of Business, Letters of Authority).
- 📦 Requesting deeds and documents from storage.
- 📚 Formatting documents and reports, including automatic numbering.
