What you'll be doing:
- Championing the all-around development of children, ensuring their educational, social, physical, emotional, health, and welfare needs are always met. π§ ππͺ
- Getting hands-on and involved in exciting children's activities to spark their curiosity and boost their learning journey. π
- Showing genuine care and understanding towards both the children and their families. π€
- Helping welcome new children into our facility and ensuring they feel comfortable and settled. π
- Keeping all important records up-to-date and accurate, meeting internal, E.Y.D.C.P, and Ofsted standards. π
- Being a key player in promoting top-notch health and safety practices throughout the setting. π‘οΈ
- Responding swiftly and effectively to any health and safety concerns, and reporting them as needed. π¨
- Actively participating in training sessions and team meetings to continuously grow and improve. π
- Taking on any other duties that align with the core responsibilities of this role, as requested by the management team. π€
Key responsibilities
- Ensuring children's educational, social, physical, emotional, health and welfare needs are met
- Becoming involved in childrenβs activities to stimulate and extend their learning
- Assisting in the admission and induction of new children
- Assisting in the maintenance of all necessary records
- Taking an active role in the promotion of excellent health and safety practices
