What you'll be doing daily:

  • Meeting Master: Organizing everything before and after client meetings, and keeping our CRM (Salesforce) updated. 🗓️
  • Workflow Wizard: Managing entire case processes from start to finish, making sure everything gets done on time. 🎯
  • Mail Manager: Handling all incoming and outgoing post. ✉️
  • Phone Star: Answering client calls with a smile! 📞
  • Supply Sentry: Keeping our stationery and office supplies stocked. 📦
  • Transaction Pro: Accurately processing core tasks like address changes and downloading wealth accounts. 💻
  • Connector: Working smoothly with advisers, providers, clients, and other parties to move cases forward. 🤝
  • Communicator: Creating client letters and standard reports. ✍️
  • Team Player: Keeping an eye on your own workload and helping the team prioritize tasks to support the Client Services Manager. 👯

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support across all client servicing activities.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant client records.
  • Coordinate pre- and post-client meeting activity, ensuring CRM (Salesforce) is fully updated.
  • Manage end-to-end case workflows, ensuring timely progression to completion.
  • Liaise effectively with advisers, providers, clients, and third parties to progress cases.
