What you'll be doing:

• Front Desk Rockstar: Answering calls 📞, welcoming patients with a smile 👋, and handling their questions like a pro.
• Admin Ace: Managing appointments, bookings, and follow-ups, keeping everything running smoothly. 🗓️
• Payment Pro: Taking payments with accuracy and efficiency. 💰
• Hygiene Hero: Sterilising and prepping equipment, ensuring a super clean environment. ✨
• Record Keeper: Handling patient records with care and confidentiality. ✍️
• Patient Champion: Supporting patients' wellbeing and ensuring they have a fantastic dental experience. 🥰
• Cleanliness Queen/King: Keeping dental areas, including chairs, spotless. 🧼
• Stock Supervisor: Managing our equipment and supply inventory. 📦
• Team Player: Pitching in with any other tasks to support our dentists and senior team in delivering top-notch patient care. 🤝

Key responsibilities

• Undertake reception duties, including answering calls and greeting patients.
• Deal with patient queries, take payments, and book appointments.
• Sterilise and prepare dental equipment for dentists.
• Record and manage patient records accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of dental areas and manage stock of supplies.
