What you'll be doing:
- External Communications: Get in touch with our awesome external partners to snag the info we need and then smoothly upload it into their systems. π§
- Fleet Management: Help us keep track of our equipment! You'll be involved in managing and coordinating our fleet, making sure everything runs like clockwork. βοΈ
- Real-Time Monitoring: Keep a watchful eye on our units. You'll be the first to know if a unit is cutting it close to its departure time from port and will alert partners and colleagues to ensure those crucial delivery deadlines are met. β°
- Inquiries & Support: Be the friendly voice and helping hand by responding to all sorts of questions coming through our general mailbox. π¬
- Planning Assistance: Roll up your sleeves and support our Head Planner with exciting transport planning activities. πΊοΈ
- Learning & Development: This role is all about growth! You'll be constantly expanding your knowledge of transport, logistics, and how our entire business operates. π±

Key responsibilities
- Contacting external partners and uploading data into systems
- Supporting the management and coordination of equipment
- Monitoring units and alerting partners/colleagues on delivery requirements
- Responding to enquiries received through the general mailbox
- Supporting the Head Planner with transport planning activities
