- Information Hub: Keep patients in the loop about appointments, practice procedures (like signing up or getting prescriptions 💊), and any potential delays. ⏰
- Tidy Vibes Only: Keep our reception area looking spick and span – a calm and clean space is key! ✨
- Sample Handler: Safely receive clinical samples from patients. 🔬
- Payment Pro: Process payments for private fees and issue receipts like a boss. 💰
- First Responder (if needed): Be ready to lend a hand with basic life support or initial treatment until our clinical team arrives if someone feels unwell. 💪

Key responsibilities
- Providing an efficient and friendly reception service for patients and visitors.
- Dealing with general enquiries, making appointments, and managing telephone communications.
- Providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Doctors and other members of the Clinical Team.
- Handling operational tasks including monitoring patient appointments, advising on procedures, receiving clinical samples, and processing payments.
- Maintaining the reception area and assisting in the provision of basic life support during patient emergencies.
