  • Managing incoming inquiries and directing them effectively 📞
  • Supporting parents, governors, community groups, and external agencies with information and access to school services 🤝
  • Working independently, prioritizing your tasks, and following established procedures ✅
  • Stepping up to ensure essential services continue if the Office Manager is away 🚀

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with clerical, administration, financial, and reception services.
  • Work within established procedures and guidelines, prioritising day-to-day tasks.
  • Refer exceptional or complex queries to senior members of staff.
  • Liaise with senior team members to ensure continuation of essential services when required.
  • Provide information, advice, and access to services for parents/carers, governors, and the public.
