- Data Dynamo: Keep our electronic records, databases, contact lists, and internal documents sharp and accurate. Precision is key! 💻
- Schedule Superstar: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating team activities. Making things happen! 🗓️
- Content Creator: Help prepare correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports. You'll be building the materials our team needs. 📝
- Social Media Guru: Manage our DUA social media channels by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging posts and updates. Get ready to go viral (responsibly)! 📱
- Event Promoter: Spread the word about our exciting events, programmes, and community opportunities. You'll gather cool content like text, images, and photos to make them shine using DUA templates/Canva. ✨
- Community Champion: Support the administration and promotion of our community programmes, events, workshops, and educational activities, including managing registrations and attendance. Let's build our community together! 🤝
- Finance Facilitator: Assist with basic finance administration, like organising invoices, receipts, and expenditure records. Keeping the numbers tidy! 💰

Key responsibilities
