- Being a guardian of safety and well-being, always following safeguarding and health & safety procedures. โ
- Keeping an eye on children's progress, jotting down cool observations, and contributing to their development plans. โ๏ธ
- Chatting with senior staff and parents about the amazing things the kids are up to. ๐ฃ๏ธ
- Championing positive behaviour and helping kids develop awesome social skills. ๐
- Encouraging kindness, sharing, and being respectful to everyone. โค๏ธ
- Using positive vibes and being a role model for great conduct. ๐ฏ
- Helping out with daily routines โ think mealtimes, getting dressed, and nap times! ๐๐ด
- Creating a sense of comfort and stability with consistent routines. ๐ก

Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Promote learning through play in line with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework
- Support children during mealtimes, toileting, dressing, and nap times
- Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
- Observe and monitor children's progress
