What you'll be doing:
- Recruitment Rockstar: Helping with everything from apprentice and placement recruitment to coordinating awesome interviews, assessment days, and keeping candidates in the loop. 📧
- Admin Ace: Managing recruitment trackers, learner records, and program paperwork like a pro. 📂
- Onboarding Guru: Assisting with welcoming new team members, inductions, and making our careers events a huge success. 🎉
- Apprenticeship Champion: Coordinating apprentice reviews and meetings, keeping track of progress, and being the go-to for routine questions. 📈
- Digital Learning Buddy: Helping learners get set up with accounts, enroll in courses, and manage their learning. You'll also upload and update digital content and be the first line of support for any tech hiccups. 💻
- Team Player Extraordinaire: Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials to keep everything running smoothly. You'll also support exciting development projects! 🤝
