What you'll be doing:

  • Being a pro at behaviour management, keeping our learning space safe, respectful, and totally engaging. ✅
  • Organizing and prepping all sorts of teaching materials – from textbooks to cool visual aids and digital goodies. 💡
  • Lending a hand with marking, tracking progress, and keeping an eye on how students are doing. 📈
  • Teaming up with staff to tweak activities and make sure *every* pupil, especially those with extra needs, feels included and supported. 🤗
  • Encouraging the use of tech in lessons, guiding students with awesome educational tools and software. 💻
  • Working with teachers to build strong relationships with parents, sharing progress and tackling any questions. 🗣️

Key responsibilities

  • Support pupils in their learning, confidence building, and development.
