What you'll be doing:

• Ensuring the educational, social, physical, emotional, health, and welfare needs of every child are consistently met. 💖
• Getting involved in fun children's activities to spark their curiosity and extend their learning journey. ✨
• Showing genuine care and understanding towards both the children and their families. 🤗
• Welcoming new children and helping them settle in smoothly during admission and induction. 👋
• Helping to keep all essential records up-to-date, meeting our internal standards and those of E.Y.D.C.P and Ofsted. 📝
• Playing an active role in promoting top-notch health and safety practices throughout the facility. 🛡️
• Responding swiftly and effectively to any health and safety concerns and reporting them as needed. 🚨
• Participating in training sessions and team meetings as requested by the management. 🧠
• Taking on other duties that align with the general responsibilities of this role, as directed by management. 👍
