What You'll Be Doing:
- Visiting residential properties for inspections π‘
- Documenting property conditions with photos and notes πΈπ
- Following our inspection guidelines and checklists β
- Taking basic property measurements π
- Organising and uploading site information π
- Drafting initial inspection reports for review βοΈ
- Communicating with clients and residents π£οΈ
- Managing appointments and travelling between sites ππ¨
- Helping out with general office tasks π§βπ»

Key responsibilities
