What you'll be doing:
- Igniting curiosity and boosting development through awesome play, creative projects, and energetic sports activities! π¨β½
- Being a rockstar caregiver, offering the best support to ensure every child feels safe, happy, and stimulated. π
- Getting creative with resources to design and deliver super engaging, high-quality experiences. π‘
- Teaming up with parents and carers, sharing all the awesome things happening during Shine sessions. π£οΈ
- Being a dedicated Key Person for a group of children, helping them settle in and keeping a close eye on their wellbeing. π₯°
- Being the ultimate guardian of safety! Keeping all children and staff secure and knowing exactly what to do in any emergency situation. Your top priority is always paramount. π‘οΈ
- Staying on top of all Ofsted requirements and showing you've got a solid grasp of the Early Years Framework in the Shine context. β
- Championing and bringing Shine's policies and procedures to life! π
- Acting with integrity and upholding all safeguarding practices as per legislation and our policies. π€
