• Design Guru in Training 🎨: Craft cool signage visuals and concepts. Get hands-on with design software, master layout tricks, and help prep artwork.
• Sales Savvy & Estimating Pro 💰: Learn to whip up quotes, figure out project costs, and get the lowdown on materials and how things are made. Plus, see how projects get planned and priced.
• Project Planning Mastermind 🗓️: Schedule tasks, order materials like a boss, and coordinate manufacturing and installation.
• Manufacturing & Fabrication Fun 🛠️: Work with all sorts of awesome materials, learn sign production secrets, and help build and assemble signage systems.
• Digital Print Rockstar 🖨️: Operate big-format printers, get skilled with vinyl, and nail those finishing touches and quality checks.
• Installation Crew Assistant 💪: Join our teams on-site, learn safe working vibes, and understand how different signs get fixed up.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, including measuring, assessing, and reporting site conditions.
• Assist with design and visualisation tasks, creating signage concepts and preparing artwork.
• Support sales and estimating activities by producing quotations and understanding project planning.
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling works, and coordinating material orders and activities.
• Participate in manufacturing, fabrication, and installation processes for signage systems.
