What You'll Be Doing:

• Be a Tech Hero! 🦸‍♂️ Provide 1st line support, keeping an eye on security and making sure everything runs smoothly.
• Data Detective Work! 🕵️‍♀️ Monitor data storage daily, cleanse old data, and handle archiving tasks regularly (daily, weekly, and monthly!).
• Insights Guru! 📊 Help with reporting and analyzing data, keeping track of system usage, and reporting on activity.
• Testing Champion! 🧪 Run functionality tests with support from our development squad.
• Documentation Dynamo! ✍️ Keep our Relish application guides fresh and up-to-date, creating awesome written and audio-visual user guides.

Key responsibilities

• 1st Line support handling
• Security monitoring

• Daily cleansing of all stored data
• Daily / weekly/ monthly incremental archiving of data
