What you'll be doing:
- Be the go-to person for day-to-day communication with our Managed Service Provider, ensuring everything is in sync. 🤝
- Log, track, and escalate IT issues like a pro, making sure they get resolved ASAP. ⏳
- Keep a sharp eye on outstanding support requests, flagging any delays to the Technology Manager. 👀
- Help manage our supplier performance, keeping things efficient and effective. ✅
- Support users by ensuring their IT issues are completely resolved. 💪
- Maintain important documentation for systems, users, IT and Data policies, and assets. 📝
- Team up with the Technology Manager and our cybersecurity partner on security activities and recommendations. 🛡️
- Help implement exciting new security recommendations. 🔥
- Assist in evaluating and testing approved AI tools and simple automation opportunities. 🤖
- Promptly report suspected security incidents and help with agreed response activities under supervision. 🚨
- Spot opportunities to make our systems and processes even better. ✨
- Help build and deliver our business AI strategy. 🧠
- Support internal projects related to systems or data. 📁
- Act as a vital link between our technical suppliers and business users. 🔗
