What you'll be doing:

• Team up with us to build and keep amazing, safe, and supportive learning spaces for little ones. 🧸
• Get creative and plan fun activities that help children grow and learn. 💡
• Observe children's progress and link it to the Early Years curriculum. 📚
• Build awesome relationships with everyone at the nursery – kids, colleagues, and parents! 🤝
• Work hand-in-hand with your team and parents to make sure every child's unique needs are met while they're with us. ❤️
• Follow our nursery's routines and policies – we've got your back if you need a hand from our leadership team! 👍
• Master your time management to smash those coursework deadlines set by your assessor/tutor. ⏰

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain safe and supportive learning environments, and plan and implement opportunities to enhance children’s development.
• Complete observations linked to the early years' curriculum.
• Interact positively with nursery users and work in partnership with colleagues and parents to ensure children’s individual needs are met.
• Adhere to nursery routines and policies, and seek guidance from the leadership team as required.
• Successfully manage time to submit coursework by set deadlines.
