• Getting creative to plan and deliver fun activities that boost kids' development and learning, all while linking up with the early years curriculum. 🧠
• Being a positive force with everyone at the nursery – kids, parents, and colleagues! 🤝
• Working hand-in-hand with your fellow team members and parents to make sure every child’s unique needs are met with love and care while they’re with us. ❤️
• Keeping up with nursery routines and rules, and don't hesitate to ask your leaders for a helping hand! 🙋‍♀️
• Mastering your time management to smash those coursework deadlines set by your assessor/tutor. ⏰

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain safe and supportive learning environments.
• Plan and implement opportunities to enhance children’s development, completing observations linked to the curriculum.
• Interact positively with all nursery users and work in partnership with colleagues and parents to meet children’s needs.
• Adhere to nursery routines and policies, seeking guidance from the leadership team as required.
• Successfully manage time to submit coursework by deadlines set by the assessor/tutor.
