Key responsibilities
- Supporting the department's transition to digitalisation and paperless working
- Providing administrative support for recruitment, benefits, and employee documentation
- Managing record keeping and data collation, ensuring compliance with GDPR
- Producing key HR reports through a Management Information reporting system
- Supporting the HR team in the implementation of business changes and related projects
