You'll team up with the Facilities & Health & Safety Manager to tackle a variety of cool tasks. Think admin wizardry, keeping our systems in tip-top shape, and making sure our workshops and office floors are hazard-free. 🚀
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Squad: Work alongside your manager to make sure we're all following the rules when it comes to health, safety, and the environment. 🌍
- Ensuring Compliance: Help us stay on the right side of all the legal and company safety requirements. ✅
- Building a Safer Future: Assist in creating, checking, and implementing safe ways of working. You'll even get to deliver training sessions (like those engaging toolbox talks and inductions! 🗣️) and investigate any incidents, presenting your findings to the management team. 📊
- Championing Safety Culture: Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to inspire everyone to see the awesomeness of working responsibly! You'll help us understand the legal stuff and show how great safety, health, and environmental management can boost our operations. ✨

Key responsibilities
- Support day-to-day tasks including administration, maintaining, monitoring, and recording systems and conducting floor checks to manage hazards.
- Advise on statutory health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of legal and company health and safety requirements.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and checking safe systems of work, and deliver training.
- Investigate incidents, analyse data, present findings, and support the embedding of a safety culture.
