What You'll Do:
- Patient Welcome & Support: Greet patients with a friendly smile and assist with appointment scheduling. Handle basic patient enquiries with professionalism and care. ๐
- Surgery Prep & Infection Control: Get surgeries ready for action, sterilise instruments meticulously, and maintain our infection control standards to CQC guidelines. ๐งผ
- Clinical Assistance: Support clinicians during treatments, accurately updating patient records in line with GDPR. Your attention to detail is key! ๐
- Patient Experience: Help patients feel comfortable and reassured throughout their dental visit, contributing to their overall positive experience. ๐
- Stock & Equipment Management: Keep an eye on stock levels, manage equipment, and ensure surgeries are always ready to go. ๐ฆ
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Uphold a clean, safe, and fully equipped clinical area at all times. โจ

Key responsibilities
