- Manage the site barrier, ensuring everyone arriving at IEP gets where they need to be. 🚧
- Handle general admin tasks: filing, scanning, organizing paperwork, and keeping records shipshape. 🗂️
- Tame digital chaos by sorting and organizing photos and files, and labeling customer goods for packing and dispatch. 📸
- Respond to general inquiries via phone and email, making sure everyone gets the right info. 📧
- Confidently and professionally chat with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders. 🤝
- Back up the team with customer and job inquiries, digging up info and making sure things get followed up. 👍
- Provide all-around administrative support to the office and the wider IEP team as you gain skills. 🌟
- Learn how all the different parts of our business connect – from the office to the workshop, drivers to customers. 🌐

Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, drivers, and telephone enquiries.
- Carry out general administration tasks including filing, scanning, and record keeping.
- Organise and manage digital and physical files, including photographs and goods labelling.
- Respond to and direct general enquiries via phone and email.
- Interact professionally with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
