Warehouse & Distribution Apprentice 📦

We're looking for motivated individuals aged 18+ to join our team as Warehouse & Distribution Apprentices! If you're ready to learn, grow, and make a real impact, this is the opportunity for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Ensuring all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn correctly at all times.

✅ Upholding health and safety regulations, both on and off-site.

✅ Completing daily tasks to the highest standard, on time, and ensuring quality checks are consistently performed and recorded. 📝

✅ Maintaining a tidy warehouse environment and properly storing all tools.

✅ Adhering to our environmental policy for all waste disposal. ♻️

✅ Assisting with the secure loading of goods and verifying them against picking and delivery notes before dispatch. 🚚

✅ Following all instructions provided by your installation supervisor while on customer premises.

✅ Ensuring products are sited to customer satisfaction and all packaging is removed post-installation. ✨

✅ Completing all assigned college work by the specified deadlines. 📚

✅ Utilizing allocated company hours to focus on and complete your assessor's college assignments.

✅ Developing your independent working skills in warehousing and distribution throughout your apprenticeship journey. 🌱

Key responsibilities

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the wearing of appropriate PPE.
  • Complete daily workload to specification, performing quality checks and recording non-conformities.
  • Maintain a tidy warehouse, ensure tools are stored correctly, and dispose of waste in line with environmental policy.
  • Assist with secure goods loading, verify documentation, follow supervisor instructions, and ensure products are sited to customer satisfaction.
  • Complete all assigned college work by deadlines and actively engage in learning and developing independent working skills.
