Apprentice Groundworker

About the role

We're looking for energetic individuals to join our team as Groundworkers! 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️ If you're ready to get your hands dirty and contribute to building amazing things, this is the gig for you.

You'll be involved in the essential groundwork for new construction projects, from laying foundations to setting up drainage systems. Your daily tasks could include:

• Groundworking: Marking out and digging trenches for foundations and drainage. 📏
• Formworking: Assembling and dismantling the molds that hold wet concrete. 🏗️
• Drainage & Manholes: Installing crucial underground infrastructure. 💧
• Concreting: Working with concrete to create solid structures.
• Minor Roadworks: Laying kerbs, paving, and helping with resurfacing. 🚧
• Tool Time: Using hand tools and operating small machinery. 🛠️

This is a hands-on role where you'll learn valuable skills and be part of a crew that makes a real impact. Come build with us! 💪

Key responsibilities

• Marking out and digging shallow trenches for foundations and drains
• Putting up or dismantling the shuttering that holds setting concrete in place
• Installing drainage and manholes
• Concreting
• Laying kerbs, paving and re-surfacing
