What You'll Be Doing:
- Patient Records Pro: Accurately input and manage patient information in our clinical system. βοΈ
- Appointment Guru: Master our appointment system, handling personal, phone, and online requests. π
- Communication Champion: Answer calls, transfer them like a pro, or handle requests directly. You'll be the first point of contact! π
- Information Navigator: Guide patients to the right services and respond to requests from patients, team members, and external agencies. πΊοΈ
- Admin Ace: Photocopy documentation, handle data entry for new and temporary registrations, and input healthcare record data. π
- Query Handler: Efficiently manage and direct requests like DSARs, insurance/solicitor letters, and DVLA forms to the administrative team. π§
- System Searcher: Perform system searches as needed. π
- Support Star: Assist clinical staff with general administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the practice. β¨
- Team Player: Be an integral part of our general practice team, embracing our collaborative environment. π€
- Chaperone Duty: Act as a chaperone when required.
- Compliance Crusader: Stay updated on legislation and adhere to our safeguarding policies. β
- Service Supporter: Contribute to the delivery of enhanced services and other practice requirements. π―
- Learning Leader: Undertake all mandatory training and induction programs. π
- Quality Advocate: Embrace clinical governance and contribute to continuous improvement.
