We're looking for someone to be the friendly voice of our company, handling inbound calls and providing important updates to our valued customers. 📞 You'll be instrumental in keeping our operations running smoothly by setting up new jobs in our system, meticulously recording information from both customers and our engineering team, and ensuring all necessary documents are added to our system. 📂
A key part of this role involves accurately documenting any damage to incoming vehicles, contributing to our efficient workflow. 🚗 You'll also have the opportunity to showcase our replacement vehicles to customers, offering a welcoming and informative experience. 🤝
