You'll dive straight into real-world projects, gain essential skills, and learn from experienced professionals every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be involved in construction and civil engineering projects from beginning to end. 👷
• Prepare groundworks including drainage, concreting, paving, roads, and utilities. 🛠️
• Always prioritize and follow health, safety, and environmental regulations. ✅
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic setting-out equipment. ⚡
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team with supervisors and other trades. 🤝
• Acquire practical groundwork skills on active construction sites. 🌍

Key responsibilities

• Work on construction and civil engineering sites from start to finish
• Prepare groundworks: drainage, concreting, paving, roads & utilities
• Follow health, safety and environmental rules at all times
• Use hand tools, power tools and basic setting-out equipment
• Work as part of a team with supervisors and other trades
