What you'll be doing:

• Working on dynamic construction and civil engineering sites, seeing projects through from start to finish. 🚧
• Getting involved in crucial groundwork: think drainage systems, concreting, paving, road construction, and utility installations. 🛠️
• Always prioritizing and adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations – safety first, always! ✅
• Mastering the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic setting-out equipment. 📏
• Collaborating effectively as part of a team, working closely with supervisors and fellow tradespeople. 🤝
• Acquiring practical, in-demand groundwork skills on real, active sites. 💪

Key responsibilities

• Work on construction and civil engineering sites from start to finish
• Prepare groundworks: drainage, concreting, paving, roads & utilities
• Follow health, safety and environmental rules at all times
• Use hand tools, power tools and basic setting-out equipment
• Work as part of a team with supervisors and other trades
