Ready to kickstart your career in property maintenance? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Apprentice Property Maintenance Operatives and embark on a Level 2 Apprenticeship program! 🤩

What you'll be doing:

• Team up with seasoned pros and gain the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours to become a certified Property Maintenance Operative. 📚
• Lend a hand with restoration projects and reactive maintenance across our amazing estate properties. 🏡
• Sharpen your abilities in painting & decorating 🎨, plumbing 💧, electrical repairs 💡, and carpentry & joinery. 🗜️
• Help out with planned inspections and tackle reactive maintenance as it pops up.
• Master the safe and effective use of hand and power tools. 💪
• Keep clear and accurate records of all the work you do. 📝
• Be a valuable support to our other trade teams across the Estate.
• Always prioritize Health & Safety and lead by example. ✅
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure we're providing a top-notch service. 🤝

Key responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out restoration, reactive maintenance, and planned inspections across estate properties
• Maintain accurate records of work undertaken
• Support other trades across the Estate
• Demonstrate a high regard for Health and Safety
• Work with colleagues to ensure an efficient and effective service is provided
