Your Apprenticeship Journey (15 months):

• Work full-time as a bar and waiting apprentice. 🧑‍🍳
• Earn a nationally recognised Hospitality Team Member Level 2 qualification. 🏅
• Learn on the job – no boring college lectures! You'll have face-to-face sessions and online check-ins with your coach every 6 weeks. 💻
• Get a dedicated mentor at work for daily support. 🧑‍🏫
• Level up your English and Maths skills (if needed). ✍️
• Regular catch-ups to discuss your progress. 📈

Your Pay:

• 18-20 year olds: £10.85 per hour.
• 21+ year olds: £12.71 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, communicating service information, products, and special offers.
• Provide personalised recommendations and ensure guest satisfaction by addressing queries and complaints promptly.
• Maintain open communication with the team, assisting colleagues to ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Participate in all in-house training, e-learning, and complete assigned learning modules.
• Adhere to brand standards, licencing laws, and all company policies and procedures.
