- Team Up: Assist our experienced team members with preparing, assembling, and finishing made-to-measure blinds. ๐ช
- Read the Blueprint: Learn to interpret production paperwork, understand measurements, specifications, and customer needs. ๐
- Master the Tools: Develop accurate measuring, marking, and basic hand-tool skills. ๐ง
- Quality First: Carry out supervised quality checks and learn how we spot and fix any potential issues before products go out. โ
- Keep It Tidy: Maintain an organised, clean, and safe workspace, ensuring materials and components are stored correctly. ๐งน
- Build Your Skills: Start manufacturing simpler products and completing tasks with less supervision as you gain confidence.
