What you'll be doing:

• Moving cargo and helping out with the day-to-day hustle in our warehouse. 🏃‍♂️
• Making sure we're following all the rules and internal guidelines. ✅
• Keeping our shipment statuses up-to-date. 📲
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers – get ready for a workout! 💪
• Handling special cargo, like keeping things cool 🍓 or dealing with tricky items. ☣️
• Processing shipments (packing, marking, labelling, sorting, you name it!). 🏷️
• Supporting our Handling Team Leader to hit our targets. 🎯
• Making sure everyone's following our quality procedures. 👍
• Chatting with truckers and keeping things running smoothly. 🗣️
• Managing inbound and outbound deliveries and keeping accurate records. 📝
• Doing quick checks on incoming and outgoing cargo. 👀
• Keeping the warehouse tidy and organized. ✨
• Following all safety and security policies like a pro. 🔒
• Using warehouse tools and equipment correctly. 🛠️
• Reporting any issues immediately. 🚨
• Helping with regular inventory checks. 🔄
• Keeping our transaction files in top shape. 📁
• Getting trained to use a forklift! 🧡
• Acting with integrity and following our Code of Conduct. 💯
• Contributing to making our operations even better. 💡

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse operations and cargo movement.
• Perform loading and unloading of trucks or containers.
• Process ocean or air freight, including packing, marking, and sorting.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, observing safety procedures.
• Record all inbound/outbound deliveries and participate in cycle counting activities.

Entry requirements

GCSE in: (English (grade Minimum Grade C or 4), Maths (grade Minimum Grade C or 4))
